Minimum Stays
Easter Holiday: Three Nights Bank Holiday & High Season: Two Nights
Except for Last Minute Availability
A discount is available for seven nights or more please ask.
In July and August there is a supplement of £5.00 per room for one night only stays.
A deposit equal to the first nights tariff is required to secure a booking. Payment may be made by credit/debit card over the 'phone or by cheque through the post. A surcharge of 2% will be added to credit card payments.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Arrival:
Rooms are available between 3pm - 6pm. Alternative time by arrangement.
Departure:
Rooms must be vacated by 10am
Cancellation
Prior to Arrival: If you inform Tee-Side more than 60 days before you are due to arrive that you wish to cancel your booking, then your deposit will cover the cancellation fee (the deposit is non-refundable) and you will have no further liability.
If you wish to cancel within 60 days of your arrival date, we will make every effort to try and re-let the room/s. Unfortunately, if we are unsuccessful you will be liable for payment of the room/s in full.
Non-Arrival and Curtailment of Stay: In the event of non-arrival or the visit being abandoned after arrival no refund is possible and the outstanding cost of the stay as booked remains payable.
By Tee-Side: If in the unlikely event we have to change or cancel the reservation we reserve the right to do so. If this situation does unfortunately arise you can: 1) accept the change as advised; 2) make an alternative arrangement with us, or 3) cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies paid.
We are unable to judge the reasons for change, cancellation or non-arrival of guests therefore we kindly remind you that any booking made with Tee-Side (verbal or written) forms a legally binding contract - as a result we strongly recommend appropriate insurance.
